🥞 1. 3-Ingredient Collagen Pancakes (Vanilla Caramel)
A quick, high-protein breakfast the whole family will love — perfect for school mornings or weekend brunch.
Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 1 banana
• 1 scoop NoWay® Vanilla Caramel Collagen Protein
Method:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Cook on a pan with a little coconut oil or butter.
- Serve warm with berries or a drizzle of honey.

🍫 2. Chocolate Collagen Pudding (Chocolate Fudge)
A rich, guilt-free dessert — high in protein and no refined sugar.
Ingredients:
- 4 TBSP Butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 2 TBSP Cacao Powder
- 3 scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Collagen
Method:
- Melt the cacao, butter and honey in a sauce and turn the heat right down. Add the whisked eggs, stirring all the time so it doesn’t scramble.
- Once it’s thickened take off the heat and split into two bowls.
- Add a scoop of chocolate collagen in each and mix well.
- Leave in fridge for half an hour to set then top with berries and bee pollen for a delicious desert.
