Local Delivery (Guernsey Customers Only)

For our customers in Guernsey, we offer reliable local delivery services through our trusted third-party distribution partner, Sigma Group. Choose from two convenient delivery options:

• Same Day Delivery: For those urgent skincare, supplement needs, or last minute gift purchases, we offer same-day delivery at just £15. Place your order by 10 AM, and we’ll ensure it arrives at your doorstep by the end of the day.
• Next Day Delivery: If you’re not in a rush, our next-day delivery service is available for £10. Simply place your order, and you’ll receive it the very next day. This is a great option for heavier orders, as the delivery fee is capped at £10 regardless of weight.

This service is available Monday to Friday.

Collection (Guernsey Customers Only)

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? No problem! You can collect your purchases directly from our distribution partner’s address. This option is perfect for those who want to save on delivery fees or simply enjoy the flexibility of picking up their items at their convenience. Here’s how it works:

1. Place your order online and select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.
2. Wait for the confirmation email with the collection details.
3. Head over to the specified address and collect your order.

Postage (Local and Non-Local Shipping)

For customers both in and outside of Guernsey, we offer a postage option via the post office. This option is ideal for those who aren’t in a rush and prefer a cost-effective shipping method. The cost of postage is calculated based on the weight of your order, ensuring you only pay for what you need. For local Guernsey customers, postage can be a more economical choice for lighter orders. However, for heavier orders, you may prefer the next day delivery option, as it is capped at £10 regardless of weight.

How to Choose Your Preferred Option

During the checkout process on our Shopify store, you will be presented with these options. Simply select the one that best fits your needs:

1. For Guernsey Customers: Choose between same day delivery, next day delivery, collection, or postage. Consider using postage for lighter orders to save on costs, and next day delivery for heavier orders to benefit from the capped delivery fee.
2. For Non-Local Customers: Postage is your only option, and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order.
